We did get content from this creator but we had to chase up numerous times

Didn't have a good experience. The content featured our product for a split second at the end of a DIML video featuring other brands, and promises of reshoots weren't delivered. We essentially gifted product in exchange for a millisecond of footage of our product sitting boxed on a shelf, which I didn't bother posting on our channels. We eventually stopped chasing the creator.
