Very disappointing experience. If I could give zero stars, I would. The creator received the gifted product but failed to deliver the agreed-upon content, consistently providing excuses and delays. Communication was nearly non-existent — messages were ignored, and when replies came, they only pushed delivery dates further without resolution. Unfortunately, the collaboration did not meet even basic expectations. I strongly advise others to proceed with caution.
