Disappointing. Incredibly difficult to communicate with, never delivered content, gave multiple excuses and pushed out the due date by over a month, only to then ghost us. Would not recommend

Really disappointed. We posted our CE bag almost 4 months ago now. Tayla even messaged to say how thrilled she was with our bag and its quality and then we never received any content. Followed up countless times. We are a small business of two mums and we cant afford to be sending our product for zero content. We could have sold this bag.

Unfortunately, a disappointing experience. The agreed content was never posted, and despite multiple follow-ups, we have received no response. Communication completely stopped, which was very unprofessional.
