I am Tiarnee Ewing and I am mum of two daughters, two and under. Xanthe is 2.5 years old and Ellis is 1 year old and we are from Lake Macquarie, NSW Australia. I started my Instagram page as a way to document my days at home with my girls, during this time we have shared the highs, the lows, and everything in between to create a community. Ellis was born with hip dysplasia so we share a lot of our journey to healthy hips and I am currently on my own fitness journey to better health.
