We sent Vincy two items for free with the understanding that she would create UGC content in return. After confirming receipt of the items, she promised to deliver the video by the end of the week but has since stopped responding to multiple follow-up messages. Unfortunately, she has not even opened the most recent ones. It’s disappointing to have no communication after providing products and expecting content as agreed.
