Hickson House Distilling Co has opened in the Rocks. We are offering a tour and tasting experience for a group of 2 or 4 Our distilling team will host intimate, immersive distillery experiences, igniting all five senses as they expertly demystify the whisky and gin making processes. Be guided through our whisky making and gin production process (including a tasting of our new make whisky), before tasting samples from the Hickson Road Gin range.
