You are invited to come to Hickson House, a brand new distillery and bar in the Rocks, situated under the Harbour bridge. The experience includes an intimate, immersive distillery experience, be guided through our whisky making and gin production process, before tasting samples from the Hickson Road Gin range. Followed by lunch/dinner, we would like you to enjoy our delicious menu and drinks created by the award winning Group Operators the Barrelhouse Group. For 2 guests.
