We have collaborated with Heidi a few times now, and her content is always beautifully created and very aligned with our brand. She has a strong creative vision and consistently delivers high-quality, engaging work that resonates with our audience. During this campaign, communication was more limited despite our attempts to connect across several platforms. While we hadn’t set a firm timeline for delivery, more proactive communication would have helped make the process smoother.

Consumers perceive UGC as unbiased and relatable. Seeing real creators use products provides social validation and reduces skepticism, making UGC highly effective for influencing purchasing decisions.
