Paige seemed like a great UGC creator at first. We sent through a video example of a scripted video with b-roll footage to demonstrate what we were after, Paige said she'd love to do something similar for us. We sent over the brief with shot examples and script structure, however content delivered was not what was agreed upon. No script, barely any shots of her using the product, over a month after the agreed date, mediocre communication throughout.
