With Build a Team, each member of your team, from the new intern to the C-suite, gets their own secure login. This not only enhances security but boosts efficiency, allowing for tailored access to streamline workflows.

We’re excited to introduce the new, free Build a Team feature on #Gifted—designed to make managing your brand account smoother and more collaborative. Say goodbye to shared logins and hello to personalized access for each team member!

As your team grows, simply add new members to your account to keep up with your expanding needs. Alternatively, you can remove members as they leave your team and avoid any messy handovers.

Individual logins reduce the risk associated with shared passwords and improve security protocols.

How to Activate Build a Team:

Getting started with Build a Team is straightforward. Here’s a step-by-step guide to setting it up within your #gifted brand account:

Log into your #Gifted Account.
Click on your username in the top right corner of the navigation bar to open the dropdown menu. Select 'Manage Team' from the options provided.
Within the Manage Team section, you’ll find the 'Invite Team Member' button on the right side. Click this to proceed.
A form will appear where you can add the email addresses of the team members you wish to invite. Fill it out for each member you want to add.
Once you’ve entered all necessary information, hit the send button. Each team member will receive an email with instructions on how to set up their individual login.
After your team members accept their invitations and set up their accounts, they’re ready to contribute. You can now manage roles and permissions through the same Manage Team menu.
