What is Pro+? Pro+ is our most advanced plan yet. It gives organisations the ability to manage multiple brands under one account , with gifting campaigns tied directly to the brand they represent - not just the parent company running them.

Why did we create it? As gifting has become a bigger part of marketing strategies, we saw a clear challenge: agencies and larger businesses needed more flexibility. Running everything from one umbrella account wasn’t cutting it - campaigns risked losing clarity, and budgets weren’t being used as efficiently as they could be.

How to use Pro+
If you already have a #gifted account, head to Subscriptions and Billing and upgrade to Pro+. New to #gifted? When subscribing, click Pro+ and set up your organisation and first brand.
Once you have set up your organisation and first brand, you can add additional brands on your Subscriptions and Billing page or by clicking the drop down menu to the left of your account name in the top right hand corner.
To toggle between brands, click the green circle on your brand logo and select the brand you would like to jump into.
Once inside the chosen brand profile, everything else is the same as your #gifted Pro account. For now! We will be adding additional features and reporting metrics to #gifted Pro+ in the coming months. We will also be taking on all feedback from users to ensure it is meeting the needs of multi-brand businesses and agencies.
