We just launched the #gifted Creator Level — a first of its kind feature that tracks and recognises how you show up on your gifting collabs. From your content quality to your responsiveness and timeliness, your Creator Level reflects your effort as a brand partner and directly shapes the opportunities that come your way. Read on to find out what the three tiers mean, what's being measured and how to build your level up.
We've been working on something behind the scenes for a while now and we're so excited to finally introduce it to you.
If you've been on #gifted for a while, you already know that every collab is a two-way street. Brands show up for you with their product and you show up for them with your content, your creativity and your audience. It's a genuine exchange built on trust.
And that trust? It starts with you. The way you communicate, the effort you put into your content, the fact that you show up and see every collab through. That's what makes a great creator partner — and honestly, it's something we've always wanted to celebrate.
So we built something that does exactly that.
Introducing the #gifted Creator Level! A brand new way to recognise the effort you put in as a creator, beyond just the numbers.
Think of it as your professional reputation as a creator. It lives right inside your #gifted profile and tracks how you show up across your collaborations.
Your creator level is made up of five areas:
Content Quality: This looks at the reviews brands leave you after a collab, plus how varied your content formats are (stories, in-feed posts, stills, reels, videos).
Responsiveness: How quickly and consistently you reply to brands when they reach out or follow up.
Professionalism: How you show up across a collab. This is affected by things like asking a brand to pay you to create content, requesting ad usage fees from Pro or Pro+ brands (whose subscription already covers licensing rights), or withdrawing after a gift has been sent.
Timeliness: How consistently you share content within the agreed timeframe and meet campaign deadlines.
Activity: How engaged you are on the app. Applying to collabs, keeping your profile fresh, and showing up regularly.
Each area gets its own individual rating so you can see exactly what's going well and what's worth putting a little more energy into. And the best part? Every metric comes with its own personalised tips inside the app so you always know what to focus on next. No guesswork, just action.
Your overall performance places you in one of three tiers:
💚 Emerald: You're building your foundation and every collab from here is a step up.
⭐ Gold: You're showing up consistently and brands are taking notice.
💎 Diamond: You’re a Pro and at top of the game. The opportunities up here hit different.
Your tier isn't fixed. It moves as you do. Every collab is a chance to grow and climb.
Here's the exciting part. Your Creator Level directly shapes what opportunities come your way on #gifted. The stronger your level, the more your profile gets in front of the right brands and the better the collabs that land in your feed.
Brands on #gifted aren't just looking for reach. They're looking for creators they can trust and build relationships with. Your Creator Level is how you show them you're exactly that!
The good news is your Creator Level is always within your control. Here are some simple ways to keep it growing:
Content Quality: Your feed is your portfolio, treat it like one. Mix up your formats (in-feed reels, posts, stories, videos) and put real thought into how you showcase each brand's product. The more variety you deliver and the better your reviews, the higher you'll climb.
Responsiveness: Aim to reply to brands within 1-2 days, and keep them in the loop on anything that shifts (delivery delays, timeline changes, life happens). Open and honest communication is key.
Professionalism: Contra means contra, so asking a brand to pay you to create content will flag your profile. Asking Pro or Pro+ brands for ad usage fees will too, since their subscription already includes content licensing rights (negotiating ad usage with non-Pro brands is totally fair game). Withdrawing from a collab once your gift has been sent is also discouraged, so only commit to gifts you're genuinely excited to deliver on.
Timeliness: Aim to post your content within 2-3 weeks of receiving your gift. Brands plan their campaigns around your timeline, so delivering when you said you would keeps you in line for 5-star reviews and top of mind for their next collab.
Activity: Stay active, stay visible. Keep applying to collabs, refresh your profile, and show up on the app. The more you're around, the more opportunities land in your lap.
This is an opportunity to understand where you currently stand, identify what to focus on and start building your level up.
We genuinely can't wait to see you grow with this. Go check your Creator Level in your #gifted profile today and as always, if you have any questions we're right here!
