How do I reset my password?

Reset password

As a Creator, there are two ways to reset your password on #gifted:

Option 1: While you are logged in to your #gifted app

• On the bottom right, click My Account
• Change Password
• Enter current password > New password
• Click Next. That saves your new password!
• To verify — log out of your gifted app and log back in using your new password

Option 2: Using the Forgot Password from the main page

• In the main page, click Forgot Password
• Enter the email address used for your account
• Check the verification code sent to your email
• Enter the verification code
• Enter your new password > click Next and that’s it!
• To verify — log back in using your new password
