How do I reset my password?
Reset password
As a Creator, there are two ways to reset your password on #gifted:
Option 1: While you are logged in to your #gifted app
- On the bottom right, click My Account
- Change Password
- Enter current password > New password
- Click Next. That saves your new password!
- To verify — log out of your gifted app and log back in using your new password
Option 2: Using the Forgot Password from the main page
- In the main page, click Forgot Password
- Enter the email address used for your account
- Check the verification code sent to your email
- Enter the verification code
- Enter your new password > click Next and that’s it!
- To verify — log back in using your new password
